Who this coaching is for

Elite Performance Nutrition Coaching is a fully supervised, high-level nutrition service designed for athletes competing in demanding driving and motorcycle motorsport environments, where small nutritional errors can directly affect performance execution, decision-making, and recovery. This option is intended for professional and serious competitors operating under sustained physical, cognitive, and environmental stress. Amateur athletes may also choose this service, provided they understand that it represents a professional-grade coaching relationship requiring commitment, consistency, and accountability. This is not a static plan. It is ongoing performance management.
Elite coaching provides continuous, direct supervision of the athlete’s nutrition strategy throughout the twelve-week period. Personal WhatsApp communication is available for daily questions, clarifications, and real-time decisions related to training, travel, and competition. Communication is professional, performance-focused, and individualised. Macro adjustments and event-specific strategies are applied without limitation, based on ongoing data review and competitive demands.
Athlete data is reviewed on a weekly basis to monitor energy availability, hydration status, gastrointestinal tolerance, adherence, recovery trends, and performance consistency. At the end of each month, a detailed performance analysis report is provided, outlining what supported performance, what limited execution, and which adjustments are required moving forward. These reports form the basis for subsequent strategy refinement.
